When I first showed up I was told 7-10 business days for my car to be repaired. After a couple days I received an update that I would have the wait until the 11th bc they accidentally broke a window and now that needed replaced as well. I was told 2 weeks for the glass to come in because it was on back order and no where else had it. Then on the 4th I receive a voicemail that the glass came in early so my estimated date moved from the 15th or 16th to the 14th. We stopped receiving updates on the 4th and had to call which everyone seemed annoyed with. Then on the 14th we kept calling for updates on our car and they said that our battery stopped working and would not charge so they had to order a new battery which arrived at 4pm that day and they closed at 5pm so we had to then wait until the 15th anyways and by the time everything got done it was 2pm. Our battery also had warranty and they changed it out and did not keep our battery and did not ask before they changed it with the new one and let them take the old one. Very upset how everything was handled and how we got the run around everytime we called.
