Repairs completed, what was originally 4 days expected turned into 11 days, when I picked up they did not have the information that the other insurance company accepted liability and was told I owed my deductible, but that got sorted out quickly. And I submitted my rental receipt, to hopefully get reimbursed by the other insurance company but havent heard anything back.

I had an issue unrelated to the insurance claim. The team did not notify me of this during the repair process which caused an unanticipated issue after the completion of the claim. The issue was not their fault, but I wish they had updated me before I arrived to pick up my car - this would have helped reduce further delays. They offered to help at the time of my pick up and subsequently helped clarify that the issue was not what I expected. Overall still a good process and great repair. Would use again.
