Few time keyless entry did not work while detailing my car our gate transponder was removed .It was a clear strip attached to the front driver side mirror,which allow us to enter our commununity by automatic gate opening. I have to bring my car for some unfinished work.

What can you say about perfection? When I dropped off my car and entered the building, I was greeted by very professional and very nice girl that got me started. She could not have been nicer! There were two girls there they were both nice when you feel like you’re the only ones that walked in there for the day that’s what makes it so good. Mike Conner was absolutely perfect to deal with. He took care of everything and made it so easy. The service all around was superior, it doesn’t get any better than this! Those of us bring our dented and wrecked cars in to be repaired. Cannot be happier for the kindness and care.

Customer service was exceptional. We were informed on the progress of the work being done on our car from day one we left our car for repair at the collision center .The repair was finished 5 days ahead of the day planned. The work excellent. We want to thank not only the collision center but also Travelers Insurance for introducing us to Faulkner Collision Center

None of the work was completed according to work order. My vehicle is a complete disaster still covered in glass. Broken glass is still in my hatchback door regardless that it was paid to be removed. Would not recommend this location to anyone for repairs. Complete and total fail am very upset as a customer and am waiting for a resolution. Cannot believe my vehicle would be returned in this condition.
