The process went smoothly and easily. Team was very helpful in walking me through the process. Very responsive. The only feedback for improvement would be that while I know it’s always better to under promise and over deliver - if I had known there was a chance of it being done less than 3 hrs later (received text at 9am confirming 9/22 pickup) I would not have spent the $$$ on gas to fill up my rental car thinking it would be at least through the weekend. That was a lot of money out of pocket that was wasted unfortunately. Missed opportunity to spend less on gas and less on rental and come out a bit better financially. But job well done and lesson learned for me.

I don’t understand why you make an appointment to have work done on Wednesday but the work doesn’t actually happen until Friday. Why not just have me drop it off Thursday night? Also, the woman at the desk with the amazing plants was awesome.
