Disappointed my vehicle was not completed by 8/31 as promised. However working with Denise, she understood why I needed this vehicle by today & ensured it was ready. I sincerely appreciate her efforts as well as the amount of work that went into completing the repairs. I am completely satisfied with the appearance of the vehicle & anxious to drive it on vacation tomorrow.
