I worked with Michael Leach, your estimator, on the repairs to my 2018 Toyota Corolla, which was hit by an unknown vehicle/driver when it was parked on a residential street. My insurer, USAA, recommended Faulkner Collision Center of Mechanicsburg, and I am so glad I chose your company and had the great good luck to work with Michael. He was just terrific—kind, helpful, knowledgeable and professional, and he kept me informed every step of the way, which was extremely reassuring. Equally important, I was delighted with the work that your body and paint shop technicians did. My car, which had damage to the hood and to parts beneath the hood, looks brand-new now. I could not be more pleased, and I will definitely recommend Faulkner Collision Center of Mechanicsburg to anyone I know who needs body work on their vehicle. Poor communication. Vehicle is still not completed. Pinstripe still needs to pit on. John said he would call me in a couple days the day I picked up my vehicle and I never heard from him. I've called twice and neither time did I get a return call. I'm guessing he doesn't want to finish the job.
