Repair work looks good but the communication concerning the estimated and actual time frame was not as forthcoming and made travel plans with the rental car unclear and a potential problem. We were able to work it out with some extra effort.

Great coordination with Enterprise and Allstate, so I had to do very little working with both of them, Ciocca did all of it. Appreciate the bonus of covering the deductible, because I purchased the Honda from Ciocca
