I was told my car would be there 16-19 Jun. I also received a form asking when I wanted the car back and I replied Friday. In either case, I planned accordingly. It was Friday afternoon when I heard nothing about my car that I called and was told it wouldn’t be done til next week. I planned my transportation accordingly for the 4 days. Keeping it another week put me in a bind and I had to rent a vehicle to make my appointments and work obligations. Not appreciated. If I knew it was going to be 2 weeks, that would have been fine. Just needed to plan for it. It was a major inconvenience and additional financial cost I was not planning for.
