Because the things they was supposed to fixed on my car wasn't fixed. And when I got my car back check engine light was on and airbag light to and also they didn't give me no paper work for what they did to my car.

Unprofessional business practices. I was never given an estimate on the work repairs before the work was started. Work that should have only taken 3-4 days took two weeks. My vehicle sustained additional damage while in the shops possession. When I called to check on my vehicle I would always get a recording and no one would return my calls. Iâve been so disgusted with the way that I was treated that I canât even bare to speak to anyone at City Collision! Itâs like if been stuck in a horrible dream since i left my car with them!
