City Collision Center and the staff have left me speechless. The quality of work I received on my car is pristine, to say the least. Normally, I am wary of insurance shops because the work is generally sped through, but not with CCC. They took the time to fix my car right and treated me as an individual and not another line item on a metrics sheet

Horrible service . This company is in the business of extorting insurance companies with little to no regard for the customer vehicle. I also filed a complaint through the Bureau Automotive Repair. My vehicle was in the collision center for almost 4 months and my was never completed. However, the collision center charged my insurance 34k for a 40k car Unacceptable.

Carlos did an outstanding job getting our Tesla Model Y repaired from start to finish. The quality of the repair exceeded our expectations, and he kept us informed throughout the entire process. He also handled all the communication with our insurance company, making the experience completely stress-free until the car was ready for pickup. CCC is truly a one-stop shop. They even work directly with Enterprise for rental cars, which made everything so convenient. I took my Suburu in for a cracked windshield and roof damage to City Collision. My decision to take my car there was based on all the good reviews I read online and I have to say I am extremely satisfied with their work. Oscar was in charge of helping me handle my claim with my insurance company and he went over and beyond throughout the whole process. I received daily messages with the status on my vehicle which I loved how he kept me informed daily. Everyone there also was very nice, polite, attentive from my first phone call to make my drop off appointment to the day i picked it up. I definitely recommend them to everyone and I am sure you will be a satisfied customer just like I was.
