City Collision Center did an outstanding job repairing my Tesla. The quality of the work was exceptional, and the car looks brand new. The shop and I ran into a very challenging insurance situation with Fred Loya Insurance that significantly complicated the repair process. The insurance ultimately defaulted on its liability, leaving me to pay out of pocket to recover my vehicle despite being rear ended. Throughout it all, Luis and Oscar were professional, communicative, and genuinely made every effort to get things resolved. They kept me informed every step of the way and always treated me with respect. Excellent craftsmanship and excellent customer service. Highly recommended.
