Please note, upon driving away, i have noticed. there is a knock when i turn right or left. I do not believe you touched the front of the truck so don't think it has anything to do with your work. Not sure if you performed a front end alignment or not. I will be taking the truck to the ford dealer to check under warranty. I had the pleasure of working with Veronica and Eric for my Tesla since December of 2022. I got my car back after two months but every week I got updates from Veronica and it was very helpful with the status of when and what is still pending on the completion of my car. Eric is very quick with the turnaround with the insurance issues that I have. The team made sure my car was looking BRANDNEW when I came to pick it up. I appreciate how great the communication was and what a wonderful job the team did to fix my car. Overall, I definitely will be coming back for any issues in the future and recommending to my friends and family with car fixes. Especially Tesla.
