City collision center promised 2-3 weeks to complete the repair. It was almost 5 weeks. It cost me an extra $1000 in rental car fees. They never communicated with me. Promised status update twice a week. Never happened. When I reached out multiple times my emails were unanswered. Lied to me about where the car was. I drive by every day and see my car outside when they claim they are working on it. Overall terrible experience. Never going back and won’t recommend it to anyone.

You guys took so long to fix my truck, then when I pick it up the chip on my windshield became a crack side to side and no body know how that happen according to this member was the change of temperature, one of my tail lights was out, no explanation, and my auto shut off not working. Trying to talk with my lawyer about this situation

The end product was excellent you restored my car to what it was when it was brand new the only problem I had was a time involved it took five weeks to complete the job I understand the difficult part is getting parts but you should pre-warn your customers that it’s going to take longer anyway I’m very satisfied recommend you to anyone that I remember I can’t go for a run into
