YIU DID $4000 IN DAMAGE TO MY CAR!! ITS BEEN IN THE REPAIR SHOP SINCE IN PCKED IT UP. I JAVE NEVER HAD WORSE SERVICE IN MY LIFE Thenwheel hub was $640 to replace. The wire harness in $3300. I’m very angry.

My car was detailed and delivered fully charged. The missing property was found or reimbursed, but most importantly; your staff was professional, helpful, and friendly. Veronica kept me informed. Angel took me to the rental agency, so I wouldn’t have to wait for them to arrive. He was right, as they were short handed at the agency. Amaury looked all over for my missing items and let me know of his progress.

Waited 2 weeks to bring my car in on the day they set. Still the car sat for a week before it was even looked at. Why not just ask me to bring it in a week later so it didn’t just sit there? Seemed I had to call before anything moved along. I called them several times and things just happed to move along just after the call. The cost of the repair was beyond outrageous. $4500 to fix a tiny dent an inch square. I understand this is not City Collisions fault, poor design on Teslas part. The original estimate was $2000, not sure how the cost can over double. This is a Tesla certified repair center, how can they not know the cost of repair more accurately? It took WAY too long to repair, over one month! The day it was ready, I was called before noon and they said it had to be washed and it would be ready at 5 PM. I asked for it sooner, they said maybe after 3:30. I called at 3:15 they said they would try to have it by 4:30. I arrived just before 4:30 and waited till after 5 when it was finally finished. City Collision Center has no concept of customer service. When they called at 11:30 AM they should have asked “ when is it convenient for you to pick it up? I’ll make sure it’s ready for you.” That never happened, I was working on their terms, when it was convenient for THEM. I would not recommend City Collision Center to anyone. I can say the repair looks good.

I m satisfied w/ the work done on my car also my husband so happy because the dent scratch on the hood that’s it’s not included on the damage also fix by buffing it. I will refer collision w/ my friends when somebody needs accident to repair . Thank you so much👍
