No one kept me up to date I inquired along with my insurance company and was told it would be ready Christmas week- It wasn’t So I started calling after Christmas and emailed With no reply- Finally I asked if I needed to go to Yelp- and someone got back to me- Finally When I got the truck back- I didn’t notice until I got home that the 4x4 logo was missing on the right side of the truck I found the sticker still in the bag on the back seat and applied it myself You’re welcome -

Satisfied with car repair but car was dirty upon delivery and my windshield cover was missing from the car. Johnny was very helpful in the entire process. Good customer service. Would have been a great experience if not for the car wash and missing windshield cover.

Work looks great! It took way too long almost 30 days to fix a bumper. This was a preferred shop for American family so I went out of my way to put my vehicle here for expedited service. Still happy with the finished product.

When I first got the car and had my air conditioner on I heard some rattling. I haven't really been driving and when I did I haven't had my air on. I will turn it on today again while driving and see if it still does it

Friendly staff. Communication was stellar. Great atmosphere at the location. Above and beyond. A bit disappointed in finding my only issue was in the repair itself. I have swirl marks in paint of the new panels that got installed. Fender and bumper. Also my factory license plate bracket was not reinstalled in the new bumper, was not mounted. I would've easily mounted myself if they had at least predrilled with pilot holes.

Liftgate doesn’t close properly. I have overspray all over the vehicle it’s going to need a complete paint correction. The window tint was scratched. There was tape left on the roof of the vehicle.
