My truck had the traction control disengaged when i picked it up. This has to be intensionally done. There was a coffee stain from a cup on my hood, truck was water spotted, while cleaning it when I got home I noticed the repair had waves, brought it back the next day, Louise said that they repair it and make it right, so we set up a appointment for the following Monday. Later I opened my hood and the engine bay was completely covered with primer dust. Mind you that my truck only has 3000 miles on it. They were also finger prints on the inside of the passenger and driver’s windows that were extremely hard to get off. I called this morning and cancelled bringing it back today. Sincerely, Richard

Nester was good about keeping us informed on the status of our auto's repairs. But he did goof up once when he called to say it'd be ready to pickup that afternoon, when in fact it wasn't actually ready until 2 or 3 days later. And also he promised to have the right rear tail light replaced as part of the repairs, but they only removed it to do repairs and put the defective one back in place, so it still has the issues with lots of trapped moisture. Now we have to have the service done through Tesla directly and requires a seperate service appointment. Otherwise though the repairs were done well and the car was eventually done around the date the original estimate said it would be completed.

The place was very clean and felt comfortable walking into the front desk area and office. I appreciate Jessica H friendly service and was very thorough. she had a great personality, professional and attention to details. Thank you, Jessica for providing a friendly and welcoming service. Also the bodywork was well done and they kept me updated on the status and schedule of the repair, they were spot on, and I got the car back on time and as originally expected.

The team was super helpful throughout the whole process. Mario helped me call the rental place on Saturday when I needed a ride to pick up my rental car. They worked with my car insurance company to quickly get my car repaired. I was given updates via email and also via phone on the status of my car by Nester. When I picked up my car I was able to leave my rental car at City Collision. I would recommend this place to anyone who needs repairs.
