I recently had my first experience with City Side Auto Body after being in an accident. They came highly recommended — and they absolutely did not disappoint! My car looks, feels, and drives like a brand-new vehicle. From the front desk to the back office to the shop floor, the entire team was professional, efficient, and genuinely friendly. I felt taken care of every step of the way. Although the damage appeared cosmetic to me, they explained that they would perform a full internal diagnostic (their version of an “MRI”) to ensure there was no hidden structural damage. And guess what? They found internal damage caused by the accident that I would have never known about — and they repaired it properly. What truly stood out to me was their integrity. They even took the time to share information about recalls that could potentially apply to my vehicle’s make and model. That’s above and beyond. And ladies — let’s talk for a moment. When it comes to car repairs, we’ve all heard stories of women being overlooked or taken advantage of. That was NOT my experience here. They communicated with clarity, respect, and transparency. They kept me informed about progress and projected costs the entire time. If you ever need auto body repair services, City Side Auto Body is the place to go.
