I’m happy with service from City Side. One concern I have is the shop charging 3.5% for credit cards. That’s the cost of doing business. I do not think customers should pay that cost. I’m happy with service but will not recommend shop to anyone as most people pay with credit cards. The labor cost is high enough.

Excellent service, fast efficient, pricing was not a guess but a real calculation base on service hours required to complete the job, I have a new mechanic shop I'll never go anywhere else.. I loved the costumer service, the shop was clean, I was in and out , but best of all I was kept in the loop and received multiple calls as my car was being serviced...5 star service right in clinton Maryland i was so excited to find this place, I could go on and on but I think you all get my point..give they a try I promise you, you will not regret it
