As an I-CAR Gold Class® facility, our team maintains ongoing training to stay current with evolving vehicle technology, advanced materials, and modern safety systems. Every repair follows documented manufacturer procedures and structured repair planning to ensure vehicles are restored safely and accurately. We work with all major insurance carriers, fleet accounts, and private-pay customers. Using CCC ONE with UpdatePlus and Carwise, we provide real-time repair updates and transparent communication throughout the process. Our 10,000 sq. ft. facility features computerized measuring systems, advanced welding technology, and premium Axalta Spies Hecker waterborne refinishing systems.

The service I received from City Side Auto is superb. They were very detailed in explaining everything what they were going to fix when it came to my car. Derek was very honest, and that goes a long way with me. He took the time to explain all the necessary parts that needed immediate attention, also what would be needed in the future that would eventually cause problems. In addition, because Enterprise was short staffed Taylor who is the manager requested that I leave the rental at the Cityside body shop and Enterprise would retrieve the vehicle back to there facility. So I followed the request to move forward to retrieving my Honda CRV.
