I recently bought a 2009 BMW 328i with some minor body damage and brought it to you for repair. Luis was very helpful and courteous and agreed to keep the car until I returned from up north shortly after the first of the year. I appreciated that. Price was fair and repairs necessary were pretty simple and straightforward. When I picked it up I initially thought that everything had been done. But when it was pulled out from behind the fence and parked I could see that someone had overlooked one spot immediately above the right rear wheel. Because the light was much better after the car was pulled out and the sun directly on it you could easily see that it had been missed. I’m assuming that it was an honest mistake…..but it clearly was missed.

Tout a été bien, sauf un bruit qui m’a obligé de voir un réparateur automobile dès mon arrivée à la fin de mon voyage, un écrou de plaquettes de freins n’avait pas été suffisamment vissé et les plaquettes étaient instable, ce qui provoquait du bruit à chaque fois que je freinais le réparateur a dû ajuster, et nettoyer pour que cela cesse de se produire. et j’ai dû payer pour cela.
