The staff at Clark Collision made what was a not so fun situation a wonderful experience! They were repairing my car after someone backed into it causing it to need a bumper replaced. They were recommended by the insurance company. They contacted me quickly to setup the estimate appointment the same day the claim was filed with an appointment for the next day. The estimate process only took around 10 minutes and they were able to get me scheduled for the first available time they had. When I dropped the car off for the repair, their shuttle driver arrived to take me to pick up the rental car very quickly. The repair to my car was completed 2 days quicker than they originally estimated, only taking one day! When I picked my car up, it was cleaner than when I dropped it off, it looked like they had washed it and vacuumed the front floor in addition to the repair. The repaired area was impeccable, looking just as good as the day I bought the car!

Everyone that I spoke too there from beginning to end in the Collison center was outstanding. They were so sweet and amazing and always showed like they cared. I really appricate the fast turn around of getting my jeep back and the amazing job they did on my car. It looks wonderful! Thank you again!
