I wish my car was ready sooner but that disappointment was subdued by the professional and Efficient way CIC handled the entire process from start to finish. As a business owner for almost 50 years I can say that they were on top of the status of my repairs every other day and the car looks great.

The repair work was terrific. My only issue is that I was repeatedly informed that my car was on schedule to be completed on 9/16 so on 9/10 I filled the tank. An hour or so later I received a call that my car was ready. I was only supposed to return the rental car with my a half filled tank. Therefore I should be reimbursed for a half tank of gas (about $24).

The lack of communication and amount of following up that I had to do was extremely annoying. And when my car was finally finished I was told I could pick it up after hours, only to drive out of my way after work before an important meeting, to find that they had forgotten to leave my car outside.
