The team at Clarkstown Collision went above and beyond to repair my car this past week. Christine and Enzo were incredibly friendly, patient, and helpful every time we spoke on the phone, and took the extra time to communicate updates and answer any questions I had. Nick did an amazing job with all the repairs and kept me up-to-date on the status throughout the process. I requested a quick turnaround time due to an upcoming move and he made it happen! The car looks good as new — can’t thank Nick enough!

The team was incredibly friendly and helpful throughout the process!

Not completely. Service work and staff excellent — BUT— when I picked up my car the air conditioner was blowing hot air. It took over an hour to recharge it. Someone be should have double checked all points of the car before declaring it finished. The staff was most courteous. A cup of coffee in the wait would have made it better!!!
