The repair/paint job was fine however I am disappointed as to find out my bottle of perfume is gone missing from my center console. (My way by Gorgio Armani)

Both, Robert M and Robert R were proffessional ,amazing at explaining details i needed to know made me feel at peace throughout the process kept me updated each week.After the accident i wasn’t sure if i wanted to have my child in the car again since the car was hit from behind back left but because of the great service i have no doubts of driving my car again after the fix.I had no worries during the service everytime that i called the shop front desk was always helpful.The work on my car was just amazing the car drives like a brand new car again and i did not had to ask any questions because every work that was done on the car they give me a print out of on paper.I highly recommend class A body shop .I am very happy with their service amazing workers amazing job done. I am very greatful proggressive offered class A Auto Body shop to fix my car from the first day speaking to the shop with ,Robert R i knew they will do a great job i have no regrets and will always keep this shop as the only shop for my future car issues if any.

I’m only putting a 5 because I might reccomend a different shop only because a friend or colleague of mine may be more particular about their repair and if not everything requested was repaired they might fault me for the recommendation unfortunately. Especially if they have to return for a second visit which would require more time without their vehicle and require additional time, rental car fees, or inconvenience for something that should have been handled during the initial repair.

The service and job and front receptionist attitude was great and so helpful. My only complaint was a dent was left in my hood after repair when I was told it would be fixed.

Thank you all! The car looks great and Karen was super helpful answering all my questions and keeping me updated about how things were going with insurance. And when insurance refused to cover some things, Karen went out of her way to help me figure out other things I could do. Really felt taken care of!
