1. Repair took twice as long as estimate. 2. I was paying for my own rental, so extra time cost me a lot of money. 3. They did not tell me when my car was ready. 4. They lied and told me they did tell me. 5. The next day I got an automated message telling me it was ready. 6. They wore off some of the detailing on my hood.
