both times my car was returned with an empty tank of gas. by empty I mean the gauge was at zero. I was impressed I managed to make it to the gas station

I was told my car was washed but my drivers side pedals were full of mud. I understand that the temperatures did not permit a complete wash but I did not have this amount of dirt on the pedals. The inside also was not really cleaned. Since soda had spilled during the impact. And that was still on the passenger side door. I also see scratches on the emblem and would like that either fixed or replaced. I have yet to completely look at my vehicle because of the cold. This is what I have noticed so far. The staff I spoke to was very pleasant. Particularly the young woman at the front desk. I would like to take care of the emblem issue once the temperatures outside permit it.
