My phone calls have gone unanswered since I picked up my car so that is a negative and I was completely traumatized by the vicious dog that began barking caught me completely off guard and I was shaking and crying and had to run behind the receptionist because I didn't know if I was going to have a dog on top of me biting me because it was such a shock and so loud and you don't have any signs saying that there's a barking dog. No one seemed to care that I was so upset and scared it was complete fear. So for this reason alone I will not recommend Class A

Ron was great and very informative through the entire process which I appreciate. The volume on his phone is a struggle it was hard to hear him. I was not satisfied at all with the receptionist that took my payment. So that aside I would have given it a 10
