The drop off was easy, the customer service experience was as expected. The only issue was the car was ready earlier than expected and couldn't pick up my car until about 4 days later due to my work schedule. Other than that it was easy.

two people called me to tell me that my car was ready, even though I already told the first person I couldnt be there to pick up my car until Friday. Apparently the first person didnt relay that message to the second person

The service team was excellent especially Hugo Dominguez. Dina was also very efficient managing the front desk and arranging for a rental car. Communication was good and they did a great job repairing my car.
