I had such a fantastic experience with Class Auto, especially with Isreal. From start to finish, he kept me informed every step of the way. Often updating me before I even needed to ask.That kind of communication and attention to detail is rare these days! When I picked up my car, it looked incredible; they went above and beyond by detailing it and making sure everything was perfect. It took too long to get my truck back, and it forced me to have to rent a car. This added a substantial amount of out pocket expense, costing me more than I should have spent.

The quality of the work is very good. The problem is that it took you a month to do what should have taken no more than a week. I realize AAA needed to approve the work, but other than that there is no justification. Your greatest asset is Mr. Arthur Odison, who is professional, polite and tried at all times to keep me up to date on the progress. His customer service is excellent. He is one of the reasons why I have used Class Auto more than once.

The front desk receptionists are very nice and polite. Also, there is a man who dropped me off at home when I first left my truck there. He drove a gray truck. I think his name is Jaime. He is also very pleasant and efficient.
