Steven handled all the negotiations with the insurance company and after a couple days got an agreement to repair per standard Toyota procedures. The replacements and paint came out excellent and my RAV4 now looks brand new. They even did a few tiny paint touch ups in separate areas, no extra charge. I would highly recommend Classic Auto Craft for anybody needing paint or body work.
