Both Oscar & David were highly proactive in getting a complicated job done as quickly as possible. We received updated reports & we were not required to maintain extensive communications with our insurance carrier. Their work was top notch & our vehicle looks even better thsn we drove it out of the showroom

The negotiations of relationships with State Farm and Enterprise were, in my mind, unnecessary long & complicated. I now see that Enterprise has hit my credit card for three payments, two in addition to that added ($493.79) because of the prolonged negotiations with State Farm regarding repair costs.

My issues were relatively minor in that I would’ve liked a little more communication regarding finish time. I’m aware paint had to dry and parts were on back order but somehow my insurance rep was updated a couple times before I was and I was eagerly awaiting info. Loaner vehicles would also be greatly appreciated by your customers I’m certain. Otherwise the was very thorough and Oscar was great to work with.
