hi, the moment i sat in the drivers seat to drive away, I noticed that the driver seat belt does not retract back into its coil after using it… i noticed it as i was pulling the belt to put on my seat belt that it was different. something was adjusted. I've NEVER had issues with this in the past, the rest of the car is absolutely amazing, but this was an unexpected issue, it doesn't make sense because besides being on the same side of the car as the accident, I don't know why this would be affected. I've never had issues with this ever and the moment I got into the car I noticed it. did someone drive the car to test drive it? i don’t get it. please call me or text me at *** *** **** thank you 🙏🏽 renée overthun

The paint job is beautiful but the door is misaligned and has to be slammed to close. It’s also loud when closed even softly so I wonder if they forgot to put a sound absorber in it. The hood is also misaligned. Steven did suggest I come back the following day for one hour to fix the door but my ankle is broken. I’m out of my walking boot next week so I would love to have it fixed. If it’s fixed, I would rate your shop and the work at a 10!

There were a lot of delays in getting this very minor work done. classic auto let an entire week pass because they assumed they were waiting on communication from the insurance company which they never even received. They even forgot to call me when my car was completely finished. I ended up having to do a lot of extra work as a liaison between the garage and the insurance company. There was a lot of defensiveness from the garage whenever they dropped the ball on something. Honestly, I understand that things don’t go always as planned, but It seems like they were more interested in spending their energy defending themselves rather than actually solving problems. I don’t think that I would recommend.classic. They ended up costing me a lot of extra money In maintaining a rental car for an entire month for a very minor bumper work.

Needing auto body work was a new and rather overwhelming experience for me, and I really appreciated how understanding Steven and David were with me. They patiently answered my questions and explained things to me. I also was grateful for the price matching they negotiated for new parts. The body work looks great, seamless. I am delighted to have my car back looking shiny and in such good shape!
