There are so many reasons I continue to use Classic Auto Craft when I need them. The staff from the bottom up, are absolutely customer service oriented. There is no question they value me as a customer and appreciate my business. From the very beginning they give me an honest assessment of what needs to be done… In this case they had to replace a rear bumper. Classic Auto Craft doesn't cut corners and they adhere to the parameters and standards put forth by Subaru. That is extremely important to me as one of the big reasons I purchased a Subaru was because of their standards which directly affect my safety while driving. The work Classic Auto Craft does is meticulous. Inside and out, I get the car back in much better condition than when I dropped it off! They keep me advised every step of the way and will go to any lengths to explain things I don't understand. I trust them 100%. I cannot recommend them more highly.

Great communication and flexibility, and did a terrific job on the repair. They also did a great job at working with my insurance company to allow reinstallation of damaged but usable parts until the backordered parts arrived so I was able to still have my car
