I work in Sales so I know it is all about pleasing the customer. The Customer Service I received was great; minus the part of figuring out when exactly I should drop my car off. It didn't appear that gentleman at the Front Desk cared about my schedule at all.

I appreciate the attentiveness of your front office employees. Everyone is polite and cheerful. I also appreciate that your staff washed my car and vacuumed the interior - including my car mats! The repairs restored my car to its pre-collision appearance. I am very happy.
