Generally kept me well informed about progress. However, additional work was needed which was not explained to me - I just saw an addendum with new charges. Also upon pickup was advised that the repairs would be explained to me by my assigned service manager. That was not done. The vehicle was returned to me by someone with no knowledge of the repair
