Prompt - finished earlier than ppromised Work is excellent Workers put a door panel guard with clips that I had in the car for my son-in- law to put on but hadn't had time yet? They went beyond their designated job ( the call of duty!) to help me out! Very much appreciated!

Despite our communication issue, I will likely still use Classic Bodyworks. They are convenient and more available. The staff is also friendly, but we will be sure to emphasize that they should contact my wife next time

The overall repair went well, however we were frustrated with the break down in communication. When Classic Bodyworks called to schedule the repair, I specifically asked them to call my wife about scheduling. After the car was ready for pick up, they called me and left a message on Friday at 2:30pm, but did not call my wife (who was available to pick up the car while I was at work). For some reason, my phone did not give me the notification of the voicemail (which is not the fault of classic Bodyworks). However, instead of calling back when returning to work Tuesday, or early in the day Wednesday, they called back at 4pm Wednesday, and we needed to rush to pick up the car before the shop closed. I would have really appreciated if the staff called my wife on Friday, like I requested. Instead, we needed to pay an additional $170 for the car rental that would not have been necessary.
