Body damage was repaired perfectly. Engine work that was claimed to have been fixed was not repaired at all after being told it was.

Zach was great. Friendly and professional. However, my Vette was not correctly repaired on the first attempt to return it to me. I was surprised it was allowed to leave the body shop the way it was. It was presented to me with bad gaps, a chip in the paint on the factory new rear valance, missing parts and other OEM parts that were left in the frunk rather than reinstalled. Further, I was assured that my car was being stored indoors as it took 5 months to complete the repairs. On the second attempt to return it to me, it was presented covered in bird droppings, filthy from rain, filthy interior from shop personnel, almost zero gas in the tank (not how we dropped it off) and still with parts not reinstalled, sitting in the frunk. I don't even know where these parts belong on the car. They did correct the body panel gaps to near perfect. I chose Classic Grapevine as thats where I purchased the car and expected the best service from the Corvette Capital of Texas dealer. I am sorely disappointed. To have my car for that length of time, only to return it to me filthy inside and out, plus incomplete is a slap in the face. The frustration was bad enough that we just took the car home rather than endure a third attempt to get things right. I hope this feedback reaches the correct parties. I hate to write anything disparaging about an experience. But I am appalled at the state of my vehicle upon its return to me. Perhaps better QC is in order for your customers. We have had our Suburban back for a few weeks now. While we don’t drive alot of miles a week, we have managed to put about 800 miles on it since work was finished. Since it went into the shop with only 752 on the odometer, have doubled our mileage. There have been no issues and it looks great again.
