Was told I would be contacted when the parts were received and painted so a time could be scheduled for installation. Never heard anything back and then started receiving texts and emails saying the work had been completed.

I was disappointed that Classic Chevy did not communicate better with me regarding the status of my repair work. I have used other body shops that sent me weekly update messages, which I greatly appreciated. I should not have to make repeated phone calls to the shop office to find out what is going on with my car.
