I think the communication could have been improved but Angie remedied that and made up for it. Overall I am happy with the service done on my car and the coordination with the rental car company and insurance personal.

The car’s exterior was dirty, and the license plate wasn’t reinstalled. I didn’t realize it until I had already left to run errands. After driving 30 minutes back, they finally put it back on. What happened to Chevrolet’s quality? I’ve owned Mercedes and Range Rovers, and attention to detail and quality have always been paramount with them.

Angie did an amazing job of helping us through a very difficult process lasting 3.5 months. She was an excellent, patient and empathetic communicator. She is both smart and friendly and stuck with us the entire way. She found a wheel rim for our 2005 Avalanche when all had given up hope. We consider her a friend now and are spreading the word regarding her great service. She should be considered a huge credit and asset as a representative for your organization. Angie is the Best advisor i ever had. She was so helpful and polite the hole time. Keeping up to date on my truck all the way threw. Than we walked around and checked everything out on the truck, making sure everything was fixed properly. Never had to call about nothing. Never been treated so nice. I'm a customer for life. Wonderful, wonderful
