I felt as if our repair representative wanted to do more repairs than were needed. On several different occasions he stated the repairs that he thought needed to be done. I repeatedly had to ask him to only do the requested repairs as our vehicle is older and the minor repairs he was suggesting didn't warrant the money to do them. I felt he was somewhat "milking" our insurance company. He was very friendly and courteous but pretty persistant.
