I tried multiple times and was very nice with Angie. I requested to just please keep me updated. My wife got very upset after continuous requests of me trying to contact the collision center and ended up contacting Angie and being very belligerent with her. Angie promised at that point to keep me up to date. This was after my truck being there for over 2 weeks and continuous voicemails left and no return calls. Angie never would contact me and even gave me bad information when I called her, and could actually get her in the phone. It finally required me to contact my fleet salesman about it. Once I did and he had me contact Ryan at the collision center. Thanks to Ryan, he gave me a true update and even kept me posted of when my truck was complete and I still never heard from Angie. I asked Angie to just communicate with me and keep me posted. I am an operations manager over 11 dealerships in the construction industry, and know how things go in the repair industry, but know that communication is key. I was very disappointed in this experience. I will continue to buy all of our company vehicles there, but truly question if I will ever send any of them to the collision center after this.
