Shaley was amazing! She kept me informed and more importantly she worked very hard with the other party’s adjuster to prevent my vehicle from being totaled… came within $20 dollars. The repair work is beautiful. The collision team knocked it out of the park! Looks like a brand new SUV.

The inside of my truck as fumes of some kind of chemical paint/paint thinner. It’s bad enough that I have to keep my windows down to air out. I had a dent behind my rear driver side tire with a scratch like something hit my truck and I never seen that before I dropped my truck off

I went in to have my rear hatch replaced on my 2020 Chevy Equinox and when I called to see if my car was ready for pick up, I was told yes but they still hadn’t received payment. I called my insurance and not only had you all received payment but the checks had already been cashed. So I had to prove that you all had already cashed the checks with a bank statement from the insurance. Then when I arrive to pick my car up the rear hatch didn’t even open! So now I have to wait on a part to come in and be without my car AGAIN to get something fixed that should’ve already been fixed. I’m extremely disappointed. Had it not been installed as perfect as it was with everything lining up clean I would’ve left you all a 10 out of 10.

I was very surprised about the care u guys put into my car it came back to me cleaner then what i gave it to u guys. The only complaint i hve is y'all told me my car would be ready on th 27th and then texted me on thd 27th and said it wouldn't be ready until the 31st and then i never received and update after that. Im just glad to hve my car back
