Even though I pointed out additional damage (leaking washer fluid) the adjuster and/or technician failed to fix it the first time. When the vehicle was “repaired” and I asked what was the cause of the leak, they had to keep it an additional day to repair the leak. Yes, I am finally satisfied with the repair.

Finished job met my expectations. My only concern is that my explanation of needed repairs was ignored. Simply relying on an external photo of damage did nothing for internal damage. I explained there was additional damage but my concerns were not addressed and I had to wait another day before the vehicle was ready.

Repair quality was good. Broken bumper insert was not identified prior to me pointing it out on the first pick up after repairs. This started a string of terrible customer service issues requiring two additional visits with inaccurate repair times.
