Paul was very pleased with the work done, but when he picked up the car the scrape on was fender stood out against all the fresh paint. He was disappointed that no one there took the initiative to text him with an appraisal for the cost of taking care of the scrape while it was there. (In my opinion, my husband could have asked for that appraisal, but this gave him something to complain about.)
