The person in charge of my repair was the worst experience I've ever had. In the past, I had taken other vehicles for repair, and the communication was excellent, but this time with Babby, it was the complete opposite. He didn't call me at all; I called him, and he didn't answer or return my calls. The repair also took 54 days, and I had to be without my car for two weeks. To get any kind of information or updates on the repair progress, I had to go to the shop many times. I'm very disappointed with this man, Babby; he has no professionalism or respect for other people's time. I could go on, but I won't say any more

I brought my truck in for a Pacific repair. And instead of it being repaired, it was reported as wear and tear on my truck. So the insurance company decided not to pay for it when I'd already discussed with them. What happened with my car? And why I brought my car in even though the sales rep or the person that was take care of my claim that they did not tell the insurance company that I highly believe, And know that they did, because they pretty much stated to me when I end up having to drive 4 hours back to Houston, to show them the noise that the car was making. We didn't even make it out of the parking lot before the noise started. So I'm really not even sure why they stated they never hear the noise in the car. I am very disappointed and now I have to fix something on my car that someone else did.

I'm not gonna state that Mr. bobby was not nice or disrespectful, but I do believe he lied to me about telling that ensurance company that it was wear and tear on the car.I am so disappointed.
