Exceeded my expectations. I want to extend a special thanks to Priscilla. She greeted me upon arrival with a very cheerful and welcoming smile. She has a very nice sense of humor that makes a customer feel comfortable. Priscilla was also their when I arrived to pick up my vehicle with the same amazing smile…couldn’t ask for a better greeting. The receptionist was very polite…I don’t remember her name. Since I didn’t get to meet the individuals that did the work on my vehicle, I would like to give them a special thanks for their work. Their level of expertise and knowledge is outstanding.

I understand the limitations regarding aftermarket parts and appreciate Trevor’s additional work to explain things to me and minimize the issue I was having when I brought the car back in. I feel like he went the extra mile to make this repair one I can be satisfied with…and I am. I could even go to 9.5 or perhaps 9.75, but a “10” or “total” satisfaction would mean perfection in my mind…everything lined up with no gaps at all…and I don’t think that was possible with the materials you were given. I don’t feel like it was a workmanship issue but a parts issue.

Trevor was excellent to deal with. He kept me informed as the work went on and did all he could do to get my car ready when I needed within the week. Best experience ever with dealing with him…I give him a ten out of ten in his customer care. Excellent service.
