The repair to our Van body was good. But the underside of the van, skid plate covering the underside of the engine was damaged during the body repair. A gash ripped open this underside cover. I called to advise shop & was told “we did NOT work under you car”. I asked them “did you not move or drive it while in your shop????. Maybe while on a vehicle lift something caught and ripped it open. I received no response from your repair shop.
