Only thing I could say is that they threw a text at the end of the weekend on Friday when they were closing I got it and called right away and found out that they weren’t open on Saturday so I sat with thinking I was gonna pay a much higher deductible than what I was told by travelers that’s my only issue. Other than that they did a great job.

I found Anyelo very kind and friendly, and I did not expect the thorough level of communication sent by them--even pictures of the part, my car, and its progress; and the estimated time it was to get done, was right to the minute. This was a word-of-mouth referral, so I can do the same for them as well! The car looks GREAT.

I was surprised at the short estimated time Classic Collision gave me to complete my vehicle’s repair. I received constant updates during the repair process, and was completely surprised when my car completed exactly on time. Most importantly I am completely thrilled with the finished product… my car looks as good as the day I drove it off the lot.

I could not possibly be more satisfied with repairs made to my BMW M550i XDrive. I went from depression because of the accident which damaged my vehicle to elation over the repairs by Classic Collision. The fit and finish are absolutely perfect, leaving absolutely no discernible sign that my car was ever damaged. It literally looks like the day I bought it. I couldn’t be happier with the result.

The repair was well done. The damaged door looks just like it did before the accident. I have been driving the car for about a week since it was repaired, and I have not had any problems. In addition, it was reassuring that Anyelo, the person in charge of the repair, kindly told me that I could go to another Classic Collision location if I notice any issues with the door when I am away from this area.
