Deanna and the team at Classic Collision have been amazing! My car took some extra time to be repaired but boy was it worth the wait! Deanna did a great job behind the scenes texting me frequent updates about how the progress on my car was going. She also answered my many questions along the way! I was extremely impressed with how my car turned out. They took the time to even hammer out my license plate to make it straight again and washed and detailed my car! Definitely was not expecting that! I will recommend this Classic Collision location on Abbott's Bridge to anyone who needs it in the future!

My car had a simple repair and it the bumper was very out of alignment. Should have been noticed by someone during the repair process.

I went to pick up my car and the rear bumper was not correctly installed. I had to leave the car to be corrected. I had to hire an uber driver to get there and back. I have had repairs done there in the past as well as sent others. This was when it was Premier Collision, I am not sure if everything is different now that it is Classic Collision.

Not only are there several pieces of damage left from the collision center. However the day I picked it up I had to fly up north for a family emergency so I never got to really drive it. My door handle does not work, as well as my air conditioning. Even at 68° it’s blowing out heat, which NEVER happened before I dropped my vehicle off at your location. So not only is the paint messed up, dings and scratches in brand new paint, dents in the new frames, parts on wrong, but now my handle isn’t working and my A/C messed up. I am not happy with this facility and very frustrated with the lack of care done on my vehicle for repairs.
