Arrived at Classic Collision in the afternoon and saw my Honda Ridgeline truck ready in the parking lot. I inspected the repairs and everything was perfect. On top of that, my truck received a cleaning and vacuuming which made getting my truck back that much more special.

From the moment I arrived I was handled with the utmost respect and outstanding customer service. Angela is amazing and the technician who had me to show him the damages was extremely helpful and listening to my concerns. He was able to answer all our questions and to receive weekly updates about the stage of repairs for my vehicle was exceptional. What a convenience it was to not have to hassle with calling and also the concierge for the rental company to get my husband and I and take us to the rental car place to get a vehicle was exceptional. All I can say is WOW what an outstanding job and service you all provided. There was another lady that came out and talked with me and walked me to my car after it was ready that was such a breath of fresh air. She was remarkable we even shared a few giggles. To the owner whatever training methods you have instilled is definitely working at this location and I will share those experience with anyone. Tha k you so very much. J
