I am so upset about my experience! Apparently the location in Braselton was not able to repair my car in a timely fashion, so they shipped it to another location in Duluth. The guy called me on 12/30 and said that the car would be ready and at the Braselton location the morning of 1/2. I built my entire work schedule around picking up the car and it didn’t get delivered till late afternoon. What made me so mad was he already had closed out the order so I was unable to have an extension on my rental car I had to cancel meeting with two clients and drive all the way back over to Braselton after I had been there that morning to pick up my car. It was so frustrating and the lady at the front desk while nice took zero responsibility and blamed everything on the other location. This was an awful pick up experience and I would never recommend your shop. In fact, I’ll be leaving it reviews online and also calling the insurance company and letting them know about this experience. All it would’ve taken would for you and your team to have called me and let me know what was going on with my car. Give me a heads up and I can plan my day around it. Even when I called in the morning to check on the car, no one ever called me back. It’s so rude and inconsiderate as if my time doesn’t matter. I even told the person at the location that I was very unhappy and she said well you can just leave a review. So I will be more than happy to leave reviews since no one seemed to care.

Actually, I would rate the customer service at the Abbotts Bridge location a 15! Anyelo kept me informed several times a week and when he found out the finish day would go beyond my rental car coverage, he called my agent and arranged for a few more days.
